LONG ISLAND CENTER FOR RECOVERY

Provides both inpatient and outpatient care for individuals with alcohol dependency and substance abuse issues. Provides Primary Unit setting for support during substance withdrawal, educational lectures and workshops. Offers group and individual counseling along with nutritional and relapse prevention. Conducts intake assessments, evaluation and treatment based on American Society of Addiction Medicine(ASAM) criteria. Offers 12-step study groups, relapse prevention and family programs.
