SCHOOL TO EMPLOYMENT TRANSITION | ARC OF RENSSELAER COUNTY
Offers individualized transitional services to students with developmental disabilities in high school as they move into adulthood. Services may include job shadowing, internships, and paid employment as they finish high school. If students are interested in going to college, campus tours, assisting with applications such as financial aid, and class scheduling is offered.
