Provides adult and child sexual abuse education and rape prevention for children, teens and adults. Offers internet safety prevention education for teens, parents and professionals working with children, contract agencies, (Pre-K-Grade 12), and the general public. CRIME VICTIMS CENTER CVC - PARENTS FOR MEGAN'S LAW

Mission is to prevent and treat sexual abuse through education, advocacy, counseling, policy and legislative support services. Promotes the use of information and resources made available under Megan's Law, the New York State Sex Offender Registration Act of 1996. Staffs a national Megan's Law Helpline, as well as the Suffolk County Crime Victims Center. The Advocacy and Counseling programs are now offered at a second site at 83 East Main Street, Patchogue.
