TCAction Supportive Housing Programs serve families and individuals experiencing homelessness through permanent housing options and supportive services. Using a Housing First philosophy, the program supports housing stability and building life skills to avoid future episodes of homelessness. The program includes rental assistance based on household income. Staff partner with residents to make connections in the community, provide support and encourage goal attainment.TCAction Owned Housing Sites:Chartwell House and Magnolia House- dedicated to Chronic Homelessness individuals with substance use dependenceAmici House and Corn Street Apartments: young people 18 to 25 years old experiencing homelessnessIn partnership with the Vecino Group, TCAction provides supportive services to 40 units at:Ithaca Arthaus: young people 18 to 25 years old experiencing homelessnessAsteri Ithaca: dedicated to Chronic Homelessness individuals
