COMPUTER INFORMATION SYSTEMS CERTIFICATE | FARMINGDALE STATE COLLEGE

Offers a certificate program in for those students who do not wish to work toward a degree. Students with experience in the computer field may be excused from specific required courses, but will have to take replacement courses instead. Courses include: Foundations of Computer Programming I & II, UNIX Operating System, Data Base, Data Communications, Management Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Design, Management Theories and Practices; Computers, Society, and Technology; and Accounting.
