  • Non medical personal care
  • Housekeeper/chore services
  • Case management
  • Information and referral services
*Allows individuals the opportunity to choose what services they receive through Consumer Directed EISEP.

*Provides linkage to outside agencies who will perform these services.

Eligibility

60 years of age or older, resident of Oneida County, must be self directing for Consumer Directed EISEP. Participants in EISEP must not have Medicaid.
