The Humane Education Program is targeted towards school-age children. Presentations can be for individual classes, youth-oriented groups, etc. on a variety of animal safety topics, which also includes shelter tours.Service is provided in 19 communities in Westchester County including Ardsley, City of Rye, Dobbs Ferry, Eastchester, Elmsford, Greenburgh, Harrison, Hartsdale, Hastings-on-Hudson, Irvington, Larchmont, New Rochelle, Pelham, Pelham Manor, Rye Brook, Scarsdale, Tarrytown, Town of Mamaroneck and Village of Mamaroneck.

Every animal is provided with a comprehensive healthcare program that includes vaccinations, deworming, spay/neuter, micro-chipping, and a free vet visit from a list of participating veterinarians.
