Youth & Family Services - Catholic Charities

Counselors help families, children, adults, and seniors with day-to-day troubles and serious concerns by helping to pinpoint the problem and use strengths to select a solution-focused strategy that best fits the individual situation. Services include: Youth/Adult Counseling, Individual and Family Counseling, School Intervention Services, Multi-Systemic Therapy Services, and Emergency Relief Assistance and Advocacy. Also provides Our Kids Awareness and Education Program for separating/divorcing parents. Topics covered include the impact of separation/divorce on children, cooperative and parallel approaches to co-parenting, legal issues related to custody and/or access, alternatives to litigation, methods of communication, and problem-solving.
