Description

Gathering place for adults experiencing mental health obstacles. Meetings are provided three days a week in small groups, which consists of arts and crafts, music, games, discussions and group outings. The goals are to reduce social isolation, increase self-esteem. This is a peer-run program based on shared experiences and mutuality. Goal is to maximize individual independence and pride on proactive peer engagement.
