A comprehensive child development Head Start/Preschool program children including children with disabilities and their families. Early Head Start: provides early, continuous, intensive, and comprehensive child development and family support services to low-income infants and toddlers and their families, and pregnant women and their families. Eligibility

Children, age 2.9-5 years Families who receive TANF, SSI, participate in the foster care system and/or are homeless are categorically eligible for the program. Families with an annual income at or below the HHS Poverty Guidelines are also eligible.
