COVID-19 TREATMENT HOTLINE | NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
Provides a hotline for people who test positive for COVID-19 but do not have a health care provider. Residents can call the hotline at 888-TREAT-NY to schedule a telemedicine visit, which will enable the medical providers to identify the appropriate COVID-19 treatment plan. Anyone in New York state can call the hotline, or complete an evaluation online by visiting https://nys.expresscare.video/landing . Callers with insurance will pay a co-pay based on their plan, and those without insurance will have it covered by the state. Care providers are licensed to practice medicine in New York State. The patient must be physically located within New York State at the time of treatment. For pediatric visits, both the parent or legal guardian and child must physically be in the same place at the time of the visit.
