Referrals are made through the Continuum of Care for victims of domestic violence. Please contact the Long Island Coalition for the Homeless or Circulo's Domestic Violence Services for more information.

Description

Provides rapid, transitional re-housing assistance to homeless survivors of violence and their families fleeing from abusive relationships. Assists individuals to secure housing and provide a rent subsidy for a limited time basis, with a goal to achieve housing stability and self-sufficiency. May also include temporary financial assistance and support services.
