Assure diagnostic and treatment availability and utilization by families of high risk infants and children as soon as a disability is evident.* Offers the Early Intervention Program. Case management and service planning for infants and toddlers with developmental delays/disabilities and their families. Screening and evaluation of five areas of development.* Offers the Preschool Special Education Program. Local school districts are responsible for assuring that special education and therapy services are provided to eligible children.
