* Adress new and distressing symptoms of mental health in their early stages for young people, it offers opportunities to help prevent progression to more serious confitions.* Helps young people to ideantify, monitor, and manage changes in behavior and meantal health. Can include: Individual therapy. Group therapy. Problem solving. Social Skills training. Goal planning. Safety planning. Psycho-education. Relapse prevention. Treatment for substance use. Involvement of the family. Medication as needed. Assistance with difficulties in school or at work. Other interventions as needed, including sleep, nutrition, and excercise.
