WESTCHESTER COUNTY PROBATION DEPARTMENT

Provides for the court ordered investigation and supervision of people who have been convicted of crimes, including supervision under various specific conditions. Criminal court operations include pre-sentence, investigations and supervision of the following cases: domestic violence, mental health, sex offenders, DWI, warrants, general supervision and inter/intra sate transfer. Serves as an intake for Family Court, assists in filing petitions for cases involving juvenile delinquent, child custody, child support, spousal support, domestic violence and abuse. Provides investigation and supervision of individual and families as ordered by the Family and Supreme Court.
