You'll learn how to develop instructional units that engage students in active learning, address differentiated learning needs, and offer multiple opportunities for assessment while conforming to the highest ethical and security standards. Offered fully online, this program provides the flexibility you need as a working professional, allowing you to complete your courses on your own schedule. In addition to our New York State-recognized 12-credit Advanced Certificate, we also offer a six-credit microcredential, leading to a badge that attests to your specialized expertise in all forms of e-learning. Graduates of the Virtual Education, Advanced Certificate program are well-equipped to serve as technology leaders in their schools and to develop, deliver, and coordinate virtual education programs.
