Eligibility
Diagnosis of intellectual and/or developmental disability prior to age of 22 and substantial handicap (deficits in the areas of social, communication, and daily living skills), autism spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, neurological impairments, familial dysautonomia, and Prader-Willi syndrome are eligible conditions.
