ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP) | CON EDISON

Provides a one-time, low income utility bill credit to affected customers' bills. Those who are already enrolled in this program will automatically receive this credit. Individuals can call to enroll or see if they qualify. This one-time credit to customers enrolled in the Energy Affordability Program will eliminate unpaid utility bills that have accrued through May 1, 2022. Any newly eligible low-income customer that enrolls in EAP before December 31, 2022 will be included in the bill credit program. NOTE: those who are or have been accepted in the ERAP program are automatically eligible.
