Complete application that is available at www.operationhomefront.org. All applications must be completed online in the first ten days of each month.

Fee

No fee for services.

Eligibility

Any military service member who was active, deployed or wounded since 9/11 is eligible for assistance, with proper documentation. Please see attachment in resource for eligibility criteria.
