The Heartline - Bravehearts M.O.V.E. New York
A peer-led, confidential warmline for young adults (ages 14-21) who are currently or have once been impacted by the child welfare / foster care system. Offers a support space where young adults can call to talk about the highs and lows of their experiences with a peer who has navigated similar situations and can connect the caller with information and resources that can assist them. Callers have all decision-making power during the call, and can call as often as they need to. Callers may be connected with resources in the following categories: - Mental Health - Housing/Shelters - Food Access - Education/GED - Legal and Rights - Support Groups - Domestic Violence - Vocational/Employment Readiness - Young Parenting Supports - LGBTQIA - Crisis Services - Addiction Supports The Heartline is provided in partnership with the New York State Office of Children and Family Services.

Young adults ages 14-21 years old who live anywhere in New York State and are or have been impacted by the child welfare / foster care system (which means living with a relative, foster parent, adoptive parent, friend, or in a group home or shelter).
