Description

Provides a safe, caring, stimulating environment for seniors who are not as independent as they once were or who have decreased physical or mental functioning yet do not require home or day health care or residential placement. Individual may require minimal assistance with daily activities such as eating, mobility, toileting, and showering. May also need companionship and socialization. Appointment required. Transportation required.

Offers long/short term skilled nursing care. Provides state-of-the-art health care services in a warm, caring environment. Medical and post surgery subacute care, and comfort care provided.
