Same day services available. Clients are welcome to come in for walk-in appointments. For clients who cannot come to the clinic in person, counseling is available by video conference and by phone. If the answer to any of the following questions is "YES", please call ahead before visiting the clinics: - Have you been outside of the country in the last 14 days? - Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days or been in close contact with anyone who may have had COVID-19 in the last 14 days? - Do you have any respiratory symptoms?

Sliding fee scale, Medicaid, and insurance reimbursement.

Eligibility

Open to concerned families and friends of persons with a mental illness and to interested professionals, as well as anyone with a mental illness. Primarily serves Chautauqua County residents, but will serve Erie and Cattaraugus Counties as well.
