Must be a resident of NYS and meet participant criteria of:
- Being a pregnant woman
- Being a postpartum woman with an infant 6 months or younger
- Breastfeeding an infant under the age of one, OR
- Having a child under the age of 5
Income requirements include adjunct income qualifications with participation in Medicaid, SNAP, or TANF. If not participating in an adjunct income program, must qualify through income guidelines set at 185% of the poverty level.
