Fidelis Care Certified Application Counselors assist local residents access health insurance. Fidelis Care also provides local residents with quality, affordable health insurance coverage through New York State's Child Health Plus and Medicaid Managed Care programs. Fidelis also offers a Medicaid Managed Long Term Care Program called "Fidelis Care at Home".
