RELATIVES AS PARENTS PROGRAM (RAPP) | CORNELL COOPERATIVE EXTENSION OF ULSTER COUNTY - ULSTER COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION BUILDING
Provides parenting education, support groups, outreach, and activities to people who are raising the child or children of a relative in Ulster County. Parenting a second time around workshops available throughout the year. RAPP Kidz Club is for children ages five and up being raised by a relative that reside in Ulster County.
