Requires a minimum of 21 days to consider flight assistance. Requires financial verification from the patient & medical clearance from patient's doctor to verify the patient is medically stable to fly on a commercial aircraft coach seating. For ground transportation: The distance from your home to the treatment facility must be at least 50 miles.
