Provides housing and supportive services aimed at assisting clients who have a psychiatric disability to maintain themselves in the community. Serves Nassau County residents 18 and over with a primary psychiatric diagnosis. For certain locations, individuals must also meet HUD requirements for homelessness. Referral required. OASAS program-primary substance abuse diagnosis and subsequent hospitalization in addition to homelessness.

Provides rehabilitative, clinical treatment and supportive services to individuals with mental illness, which may be combined with various other disabilities. Offers a variety of residential programs, treatment programs and specialized services. The focus of the treatment is to assist consumers in their personalized recovery by increasing their independence, choices and outcomes.
