Provides counseling, advocacy, job preparation, career readiness training, computer training and support services to individualw ho have been displaced from their careers as unpaid homemakers. Enables participants to develop the self-confidence as well as education, and vocational skills.

Eligibility

Individuals who are underemployed or unemployed, has provided unpaid services for family, and has depended on public assistance or on the income of another family member who no longer supports. Age 18 and older.
