Provides health insurance coverage to people 65 years of age or older, people who have drawn Social Security benefits on account of disability for at least 24 consecutive months, and insured workers and their dependents. Provides new or replacement social security numbers and/or cards.

Pays benefits to disabled workers under Full Retirement Age, and to their dependents, as well as survivors of insured workers - widows or widowers at age 60 years and older, widows/widowers who have entitled children 16 years of age and younger in their care, and widows between ages 50 and 60 meeting disability-related requirement.

Makes monthly payments to disabled adults and children who have limited income and resources. Benefits are payable to people ages 65 years and older without disabilities.
Connects individuals receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits with free employment services.
