PROJECT LIFT | FRANKLIN COMMUNITY CENTER
Project Lift is a free after-school prevention program that operates across all six elementary schools in the district for students in grades 1 through 5. Additionally, a separate program for 6th graders at the middle school focuses on self-esteem and building strong connections to the school.

Eligibility
Children in 1st through 5th grades residing in the Saratoga Springs City School District. Students are referred by school administrators, counselors, teachers or identified by FCC staff as in need of raising their self-esteem and developing essential life skills such as refusal, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication.

Provides a variety of human services programs to all populations including a food pantry, free clothing and furniture distribution, Project Lift, and an after-school prevention program.
Provide resources and advocacy for individuals in the community. Initiatives include; Free Store distribution center, Emergency Food Pantry, Project Lift, after-school program focused on bolstering self-esteem. Assist individuals with the provision of safe and affordable housing and providing advocacy for the homeless while facilitating access to support services.
