Works to increase economic opportunity and improve the quality of life for rural residents by offering single family homeownership loans, home repair loans and grants, multi-family housing, community facilities loans, business and industry guaranteed loans, water and sewer loans, renewable energy loans and grants, and value-added programs. This program also offers a designed to help broaden access to COVID-19 testing and vaccines, rural health care services, and food assistance through food banks and food distribution facilities.
