Provides integrated case management working with various agencies including nonprofit organizations, Department of Defense, the VA and/or warrior unit affiliated with the wounded service member and related medical professionals. Financial grants cover needs that are directly related to a service member's injury. Typical grants cover household utilities, gas cards for vehicle use to appointments, groceries, rent, mortgage and rental deposits.
