Eligibility

Terminal prognosis in which curative treatments have been exhausted or patient does not want to undergo any more treatment and the physician can certify that the patient has six months or less to live. Resident of area served.

Fees

Coverage through insurance Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance. No one is denied because of inability to pay.

Description

* Provides hospice services for individuals in the last phases of a terminal illness. Complete range of counseling and medical supportive services. Bereavement counseling available for 13 months after the family member's death.
