Training to empower individuals, families, and groups through peer support, advocacy and provide with mental health concerns on the community level through educational programs and community conversations about mental health issues, barriers to accessing support, and combating the social Tompkins County. The Mental Health Association in Tompkins County (MHATC) is committed to developing and supporting the active involvement of ordinary people (including providers, family members and recipients of mental health services) in all aspects of mental health. These include the definition of needs, the promotion of community, and the provision of services.
