Outpatient programs in Jefferson and Lewis Counties offer mental health, substance use disorder, and opioid use disorder treatment to individuals and groups. Residential programs in Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence Counties offer a home-like atmosphere with 24/7 supervision that provide services to children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing mental health illness, substance use disorders, and opioid use disorders. Care Management Services (Medicaid and non-Medicaid are offered for both children and adults in Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence Counties with the goal of helping individuals get the care and the services they need to better understand their chronic conditions, manage their symptoms, and ensure they stay healthy. |
