Call to make an appointment; currently accepting new patients, including those without health insurance.

Fee

Accepts most insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare; sliding fee scale available, as well as a benefits adviser who can discuss eligibility for health benefits coverage.

Eligibility

Open to all. Specializes in refugees, immigrants, low-income communities, and people experiencing homelessness. Service Area: Erie County; no residency restrictions.
