Application process
Applications accepted by phone during the hours specified above. Required documents: 1. Proof of all household income for the past 30 days, this includes Food Stamp Budget Sheet 2. Identification for all household members, including verification of children's ages 3. Birth certificates or social security cards for all household members (1 year and older) 4. Picture ID for the person making the application 5. Proof of current address (such as utility bill) For questions about holiday assistance call 211 or 888-696-9211.
