TRANSITIONAL LIVING CRISIS BED PROGRAM | OSWEGO COUNTY OPPORTUNITIES (OCO)
Provides short-term crisis support in order to avert an unnecessary psychiatric hospitalization, prevent a lengthy hospitalization, and/or provide step down support following hospitalization prior to return to independent living status or while awaiting alternative community placement.

Individuals ages 18 years and older with a severe and persistent Axis 1 diagnosis needing a short-term stay for 7-14 days and have a selected living situation available to return to after stay in program
