Self-help support groups for relatives and friends of individuals with mental illness. The groups are professionally led. Group members discuss their feelings, ways of coping, and techniques in dealing with mental illness. Guest speakers will discuss topics such as social services and entitlements, medication management, estate planning, latest research, and various mental health services and programs in the community.
