LONG ISLAND HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM | CDCLI
Provides homeowners with free or reduced cost energy audits, NYSERDA incentives, utility rebates and low cost financing for the installation of energy efficiency measures in single-family homes (1 to 4 family) as part of the Home Performance with Energy Star program. Households at or below 80% of the area median income may be eligible for a 50% incentive of project cost up to $5,000. Locally based energy coordinators can help with the application process.
