MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM | MOLLOY UNIVERSITY CONTINUING EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL STUDIES
Offers a structured series of courses that prepares individuals for careers in the field of management. The program provides practical training for current and aspiring managers. Participants will improve their on-the-job performance and enhance their career development. There are no prerequisites to any of the courses and they may be taken in any order. Courses may be taken individually or in pursuit of a certificate. The certificate program is universal and applicable to all profit and not-for-profit enterprises. Course offerings include: Management Concepts and Principles: An Overview, Leadership and Management; Effective Communication; Conflict Resolution – Negotiating Skills, Building Dynamic and Highly Effective Teams and Financial Accounting For Non-Financial Managers.
