Cayuga County- A referral may be submitted through the FAST team: https://cayugacofast.com/Seneca and Schuyler County- All referrals sent by preventive and CPS services.

No fee for services.
Eligibility
Ages 11-18 with a history of juvenile delinquency or serious PINS behaviors and at imminent risk of out-of-home placement.
