Provides representation to taxpayers in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service concerning the determination, collection or refund of any tax, additions to tax, penalties or interest under the Internal Revenue Code. Representation may take place at any stage of a tax controversy, including, but not limited to, examination (audit), collection, IRS Appeals, and litigation in the United States Tax Court.
