Helps find persons at risk of wandering due to Alzheimer's disease or related dementia, autism or Down's syndrome. User wears transmitting device, similar to a watch, on the wrist or ankle. When 911 is notified the individual is missing, the Sheriff's Department activates the tracking device.

At risk of or has tendency to wander, willing to wear wristband at all times; 24-hour caregiver able to quickly notify 911 if the person is missing.
