Income limit of 50% area median income. Preference is given to those below the Section 8 Extremely Low-Income Limit, elderly or disabled households, and households with dependents. Households meeting HUD definitions of homelessness are placed at the top of the list.For PBV program only: Must be age 62+, need only 1 bedroom, and willing to move into the Oneonta Heights senior building.
