TRANSITIONAL SERVICES OF NEW YORK FOR LONG ISLAND, INC.

Provides housing and support services to psychiatricaly disabled adults and for dual diagnosed and low motivated residents. Programs focus on teaching Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and restoring resident's productivity and independence in the community. Length of stay depends on resident's progress. Affiliated with Haven House/Bridges, Inc.
