PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING | PERSON CENTERED HOUSING OPTIONS
* Helps clients get into affordable housing where they pay 30% of their income. This is a housing-first program. After acquiring housing, housing specialists continue working with clients as they transition into their new homes. Housing is not readily available, must connect and engage with the program. PCHO does not have its own housing; works with the community/landlords to connect.
