Application process

Information taken during first visit: number of people in the household, and of them, how many are children (up to and including age 17), adults (up to and including age 59,) and how many are seniors (age 60+), and zip code. We allow up to 3 families per car. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE NEW.
