Provides free public access computing services specifically designed for individuals from vulnerable populations, such as the unemployed, individuals with disabilities, seniors, those struggling with language barriers, etc. Services include, computer Basics (in English and in Spanish and possibly other languages.), learning in-depth Microsoft Office software, writing resumes and cover letters, practicing interview skills, test-taking such as Learning Express, GED preparation, job readiness sessions with a trained coach/advisor, assistance with completing e-forms for food stamps, other benefits, on-line job applications, immigration papers, etc, and help with navigating the internet for social service agencies and benefit opportunities.
