NAMI Basics is a free 6-session class (once a week or three full Saturdays) for parents and caregivers of adolescents and children who have behavioral issues, undiagnosed emotional issues, ADHD, ODD, OCD or have signs and symptoms of a mental health condition (brain disorder). The program covers: the impact of illness on family, biology, treatment options, overview of the systems available, communications and problem solving skills, crisis planning, latest research and much more.
